11-1-11 is finally here and because of that we all can get our hands on the 3rd chapter in the Uncharted series. When the first game launched it had very little fanfare but became an instant hit. It’s collector’s edition was so hardcore you couldn’t get it in stores. The second one was a huge success and now with every game seeming to have a collector’s edition we have Drake’s Deception. Coming in a rather ornate box, filled with Drake’s ring, belt buckle, a steel case edition of the game and a statue… this is simply too good to pass up. Great as a starter kit for cosplay. Will you be picking it up? Watch the unboxing below and tell us what you think. Click for the video
Unboxing: Batman Arkham City Collector’s Edition

Just got one of the best looking Collector’s Editions of all time, and I wanted to share it’s unboxing with you all. With this edition comes a statue made by Kotobukia, early acces to the Iceberg Lounge Challenge Map, early access to the Dark Knight Returns skin, Collectible Art Book, bonus DC Universe animated original movie “Batman: Gotham Knight”, digital download of “Batman: Arkham City The Album”. For whatever reason I got two codes for Catwoman and no code for my Dark Knight Returns skin. This kind of bothered me, but I’m looking into getting it replaced. Click for full unboxing video
Just in time for next week’s release of Batman: Arkham City comes a Batman themed controller for Xbox 360 and PS3. This model is the wired Xbox 360 Model, which is pretty awesome. Several different lighting settings, back-lit buttons and a comfortable grip make it an all around solid controller. Click on for the video of the unboxing, color schemes and a little commentary on how well it plays.
Not often you get a game that comes in a pizza box, or has boxer shorts and a pillow case in it. It could be the least amount of work some one would need to put into cosplaying ever… a pair of polka dot boxers and a pillow. Wow! Anyway it also comes with an art book, and the game’s soundtrack, which is really typically Japanese sounding renditions of famous classical music compositions from greats like Bach, Chopin and Beethoven. Not a bad deal, and so far a pretty amazing game.

Here’s everything that comes in the Hero Edition. Do you think it’s worth the 100 dollar price? A back pack, a statue, a comic and the game? Let us know your thoughts.

Recently I saw an unboxing for the Collector’s Edition of DC UNIVERSE ONLINE and was shocked to see that there’s no proper jewel case, but rather the game comes in a cardboard sleeve. When you’re paying extra money for a game, you deserve everything the regular edition gets, and then some. Here’s hoping they put out some kind of jewel case for collector’s edition that you can redeem online.
