Skyrim, Super Mario 3D Land, Saints Row: The Third, Need for Speed: The Run, Halo Anniversary, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, Assassin’s Creed Revelations, Jurassic Park – The Game, and Rayman Origins, just to name a few. We talk about three of these games (all of which are incredibly good). Listen in to find out which ones.
This video contains “explosive magic spells and brutal combat” which sounds pretty good to me. Check out this video to see what sort of violence you’ll be able to perform in just two days.
In just three days, you can experience Skyrim’s world for yourself, but if you can’t wait that long, this new video will help tide you over (albeit in a very small way). Learn about the world, the characters, and check out a handful of incredibly scenic locations after the break.
What’s the biggest improvement from Oblivion to Skyrim? The graphics? The interactivity? The Dragons? I say no. Instead it’s the voice acting, and more specifically the fact that Skyrim will have roughly 70 voice actors as opposed to Oblivion’s voice cast of Patrick Stewart, generic awful male, and generic awful female. This video, as you can probably guess from the title, details the work that’s going into Skyrim’s much improved voice acting, music, and general sound design. It’s an interesting watch that clocks in at roughly seven minutes, and you can check it out after the break.
Want to watch an in depth behind the scenes look at the making of Skyrim? I know I do, but unfortunately this isn’t it. Rather, this is a trailer for the video that you’ll get if you pre-order the collector’s edition version of the game (which you can do right here). That being said, this nearly 3 minute video does contain a few bits of the game that we haven’t seen before, and gives away a tiny sample of the behind the scenes goodness for free. Check it out and ponder whether or not the collector’s edition is worth your 150 bucks after the break.
Two weeks to go until 11-11-11 and I couldn’t be more excited. This video shows us the concepts, then follows with the real thing – all set to an epic background song (which will be in the game). I highly recommend that you check it out as you wait for Skyrim’s imminent release.
This latest trailer for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is here to show you one thing: a badass dude facing off against a dragon – in live action. Now before you get too excited, he doesn’t actually fight the dragon, it’s just a face off, but nonetheless, it’s Skyrim, and every new Skyrim video means we have to figure out the current countdown until 11-11-11. It’s just 18 days, and then the countdown to 100 percenting the game kicks off. For most people, I’d say that should be quite a bit longer.
Check out the video after the break.
