What does Nightwing have that Batman doesn’t? Well he’s got a $6.99 (560 MSP) DLC for starters, which just happens to feature his unique gadgets, special moves, and looks. It’s kind of too bad that you can only play him in challenge mode, cause flying around the city as Nightwing sounds fun, but at least he does come with 2 new maps (Wayne Manor and Main Hall) and an Animated Series Nightwing skin. This DLC will be available November 1 on Xbox 360 and PS3 (even though the game still won’t be out yet on PC) and if you want some more Dick Grayson in your life, his Robin Bundle Pack will be available on November November 22 for the same price.

Ezio’s got some new tricks up his sleeves this time, and by tricks I mean bombs. Learn how to blow people up in new and exciting ways after the break.
Be warned, this is a story trailer, so if you want to stay 100% pure then you should probably stay away, but that being said, this serves as a great overview of what we’ll be getting in just a little over a month when Assassin’s Creed Revelations rolls out. We get a lot of Ezio, a bit of Altair, and as usual Desmond gets no face time.
Check it out after the break. It’s well worth your time.
I love the mix of all sorts of different elements in Asura’s Wrath. It’s got the Asian mythology, giant monsters, crazy aliens, and a sort of Old West vibe to it as well. I’m intrigued by both the story and the gameplay, so really I just can’t wait to play this game. Out of all the offerings that Capcom brought to Tokyo Game Show, this is what I’m most interested in, and lucky for me (and you) this trailer is great.

This Tokyo Game Show trailer does a great job of setting up the story for Ninja Gaiden 3, and proving that you don’t have to show any swordplay to feature a hell of a lot of blood. I’m intrigued, and now curious to see what impact these “consequences” will have on the actual game. New ninja powers? Fantastic magical abilities? A really sad, emo Ryu? (probably not) Team Ninja isn’t above releasing demos for their games before release, so lets hope they continue the trend with Ninja Gaiden 3.
Check out the trailer after the break.
The Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine demo is available to download on Xbox Live and Steam today, and coming to the PSN tomorrow. I’m downloading this as I type, so you might as well too. And check out a few (very short) trailers for the game featuring several celebrity guests after the break.
Never give up. Never surrender. Oh wait, that’s Galaxy Quest… but it probably still applies here. These four videos give us tiny glimpses into a game that looks pretty damn cool, and I’m saying this as someone who knows literally nothing about the series on which it’s based. I mean, just check out the video thumbnails and you’ll see a Space Marine headbutting a green guy into a fountain of bloody explosion, dudes looking badass, a guy walking into battle ready to tear shit up, and an evil looking guy with red eyes. Evil guys really don’t like to disguise their evilness do they?
This new “story” trailer from GamesCom pretty accurately captures what I believe will be a frustratingly fun game. Fun, in that it’s a Ratchet & Clank game jam packed full of action, and frustrating in that it’s a Ratchet & Clank game with four competing players who may or may not be assholes (guess it depends on your quality of friends). Regardless, I can’t wait to play it and I can’t wait to be that asshole who throws Player 4 off a ledge just one too many times.
I’m a bit conflicted here. Overall I like what I see. I mean, sure, the new design isn’t as cool or badass as the older Dante, but the style is good, the weapons look interesting, and the general gameplay looks fairly solid. I just can’t help but feel that something is a bit off. Especially the first shot in the trailer. Dante just seems to hang in the air for a little too long, giving it that sort of un-natural (not in a good way) feeling. The same feeling that was there in Ninja Theory’s Enslaved and to a lesser extent Heavenly Sword. That being said, I’ll hold any actual judgements until I have the game in my hands, and I’m especially curious to see what they’ve got headed our way with the story. What do you think?
It’s a winning combo: cheerleader with a chainsaw vs. armies of the undead, from the minds of Suda 51 and James Gunn (writer / director of ‘Super’ which is incredible). The game’s coming in 2012, and if you want to get excited for it just watch the trailer. You can’t tell me that doesn’t look fun.
